FAQ's

Do you do custom designs?

I do sometimes yes! It really depends on what you are after. Feel free to drop me a message with some info on what you are looking for and I will let you know if it is possible.

Do you make all of the products yourself?

I design all of the patterns myself using watercolour paint. I also make all of the pouches myself. Some items I enlist help from another person or company as I do not have the time or know how.

Do you ship to my country?

I ship worldwide to any country that the Royal Mail delivers to. If you would like to know for sure, please do not hesitate to contact me.

When will my order be dispatched?

It usually takes me 3-5 working days to complete an order, however at certain times of year this can change to 1-2 weeks to reflect a higher work load.

If you need an order before a certain date, do not hesitate to message me.

How long does shipping take?

I am in the Uk and ship to other Uk addresses using The Royal Mail first class which aims to take 1-2 working days.

International shipping is with Royal Mail international standard which aims to take between 5-7 woking days, but in my experience takes 2-3 weeks and can take up to 6 weeks.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs do vary depending on total weight/size of order, but here are some costs that might help you.

Uk: £1.00-£1.75 first class per item.

International: £2.20-£5.00 per item.

What do I do if my order never arrives?

In the rare case that your order goes missing, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order, but it must be shipped back to me in its original sellable state, and you must notify me of this before 30 days after you receive your item. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any custom charges. Personalised items cannot be returned.
